Natural Wellness: 10 Steps to Start Fresh

01. Unhelpful Habits Make a list of anything you partake in that you feel is not conducive to living a healthy life. It can be ANYTHING; my original list was just about EVERYTHING in my life.  02. Breath is Life! Our ability to do anything depends on fresh oxygen being delivered to our bloodstream. Without clean, fresh, mold-free air to breathe, the body becomes polluted and unable to function at its best. 03. Get outside + MOVE Much like breathing clean air, physical movement assists in the absorption of nutrients and the elimination of toxins. Even if it's just a 5-10 minute walk, beginning and/or ending the day with fresh air and movement instead of coffee and TV is a good start. Sunrise walks are good for uplifting the mind while sunset walks help the mind create closure on the day's events. Fresh starts and letting go are key-mindset-shifts. 04.
